Salesforce Developer

Steadman Brown are partnered with a major UK organisation that has made a significant investment in Salesforce as the backbone of its customer experience and wider digital transformation. They have a complex Salesforce environment that supports hundreds of users across the business, with Service cloud at its core, alongside Experience, and Marketing cloud. They have huge plans, and require a Programmatic Salesforce Developer to make these happen. You will join an established Salesforce team and play a key role in the ongoing development, optimisation and technical evolution of a large, growing Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practice.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Develop complex programmatic solutions using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Supporting and enhancing Service Cloud and other Salesforce products across the organisation.

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
• Experience working on large-scale or greenfield Salesforce projects is highly desirable.
