Location: Ottawa, ON

Work Model: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week onsite

Rate: $80/hr INC / $68/hr T4

Must-Have Skills

  • 4+ years of Salesforce Development experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Experience with Agile Project Management
  • Experience with Software Product Management

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
  • Develop and enhance custom Salesforce components and integrations.
  • Analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers, product teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Support and guide team members by sharing Salesforce technical expertise.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Contribute to development best practices and continuous process improvements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support project delivery.
  • Work with multiple teams to resolve technical issues and deliver key initiatives.
