Salesforce Developer (CPQ)

As Salesforce Developer at Darktrace, you will lead the complete Salesforce rollout and ongoing optimization to align with business goals. You’ll translate stakeholder needs into scalable, integrated solutions and drive adoption through training and best practices. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure stable, future-ready platform performance and data integrity. This role offers the chance to shape the Salesforce landscape at a global cybersecurity innovator and influence how the business operates across functions.

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation across the business
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery
• Identify and resolve system bugs to maintain stability and performance
• Define development goals, timelines, and milestones for Salesforce projects
• Ensure system architecture aligns with the solution design
• Monitor platform performance to meet current and future needs
• Provide training and mentorship to junior developers
• Manage data migration and integration with existing systems
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements

• Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations and delivering scalable, business-aligned solutions
• Multiple Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and frameworks (Lightning, CPQ)
• Solid understanding of database scripting (MySQL, Apex, VisualForce)
• Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and APEX coding standards
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
