Salesforce Developer - Lead

In this role you will lead a Salesforce development team to deliver cloud-based solutions for clients. You will shape architecture, oversee design and implementation, and ensure best practices across the SDLC. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and directly engage customers to align technical delivery with business needs. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and client-facing work.

• Lead Salesforce development team and drive collaboration with clients
• Review design and infrastructure blueprints; identify risks
• Develop client-focused solutions using appropriate methods and tools
• Enforce code reviews and development best practices
• Plan end-to-end technical scope, sprint deliveries, and customer engagement
• Estimate effort, identify risks, and provide technical support as needed
• Multitask and reprioritize based on dynamic requirements
• Contribute to SDLC activities from concept through testing and implementation

• 10+ years IT experience
• 7–10 years Salesforce development/team lead experience
• Strong Salesforce architecture and cloud development knowledge
• Hands-on Apex, Triggers, and Webservice Callouts experience
• Experience with Classic and Lightning development
• Salesforce security implementations and best practices knowledge
• JavaScript and JQuery experience; Visualforce UI development
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration tools
• Direct customer engagement including requirements gathering and technical demos
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies
• Salesforce Certifications (App Builder, Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant)
