Synapri are currently supporting an established business who are heavily invested in Salesforce, part way through a major transformation and are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Technical Leader take over ongoing leadership of the Salesforce development & architecture team.

  • Hands-on Salesforce development/architecture experience (doesn't have to be current)
  • Strong, confident leader who thrives under pressure including managing challenging stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams both internally and via outsourced delivery partners
  • CPQ or RCA experience a huge bonus but not essential
  • Experience implementing and driving DevOps principles

SALARY: Up to £100k + very generous bonus and shares
