Salesforce Development Manager Agentic Systems

As Manager, Systems Development, you will lead IT professionals delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. The work spans integrated systems, business functions, hardware platforms, and development environments. You will define standards, document processes, and provide technical direction while developing team capabilities through coaching, mentorship, and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex Salesforce and integrated systems design solutions
• Manage technical specialists and developers
• Guide planning, approaches, and task assignments
• Oversee integration points, changes, issues, and risks
• Develop productive IT and business relationships

Requirements:

• Experience with agentic software development tools
• Seven years of information technology experience
• Post-secondary education in information technology or related discipline
• Expert Salesforce Platform Developer and Architect knowledge
• Strong people leadership and analytical consulting skills
