Salesforce & Development Specialist (Intermediate Level)

Contract Duration: 12 Months.

Pay Rate: $45 - $50/hr INC.

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Job Description

• Strong Salesforce experience with a primary focus on Sales Cloud (approximately 95%).
• Experience deploying and managing Tasks, Surveys, Quizzes, and Knowledge Articles within Salesforce.
• Ability to manage complex audiences, including:
  • Gathering and understanding business requirements.
  • Translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
  • Configuring and maintaining audience segments.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Power BI
  • SQL
• Mandatory experience with CSS and/or HTML for developing responsive email templates that function across multiple devices.
• Create and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) campaigns.
• Extensive knowledge of:
  • Email Studio
  • Audience Builder
  • Mobile Studio
• Experience executing successful email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with Analytics Builder in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Working knowledge of AMPScript.
• Advanced knowledge of Journey Builder, including:
  • Process Automation
  • A/B Testing
  • Dynamic Assets
  • Decision Splits
  • Engagement Splits
• Strong data management capabilities.
• Proficiency in SQL and data-driven marketing operations.
