Up to £105K per annum + Bonus

Salesforce DevOps Architect is required to work with an organisation that is a specialist investment and private credit firm that connects capital with businesses, projects, and sectors that drive long-term growth and positive societal impact. With expertise spanning energy transition, venture funding, and private credit, it delivers tailored financial solutions for investors and businesses.

This role sits ahead of a significant two-year transformation programme as the business is looking to move into Financial Services Cloud and Sales Cloud. You lead Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, releases, and deployment governance while driving QA, automated testing, version control, and continuous improvement across change and release management processes.

Skills:

• Own and evolve the DevOps environment.
• Act as the primary change gate for the platform.
• Support the wider architecture function while remaining hands-on.
• Lead the implementation and maturation of DevOps practices.
• Work extensively across Salesforce technologies, particularly Apex and Lightning.
