We are looking for an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in Salesforce deployment and DevOps practices.

Hybrid role - 2-3 days onsite - Toronto, ON

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps
  • Strong experience with Salesforce metadata deployments
  • Hands‑on experience with Git‑based source control
  • Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of branching strategies such as feature, release, and hotfix
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment dependencies and constraints
  • Experience troubleshooting deployment failures and dependency issues
  • Familiarity with automated testing and deployment validation
