Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with the Copado DevOps platform, including setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven experience working with the Salesforce platform, with a strong grasp of its metadata and capabilities.
  • Strong experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and familiarity with Salesforce DX and the SFDX CLI.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex deployment and environment issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A passion for continuous improvement, with a desire to learn and experiment.
  • Copado certifications and experience with cloud platforms are a big plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using the Copado DevOps platform, integrating best practices for version control.
  • Automate deployments of Salesforce metadata and code, and manage our Salesforce environments, ensuring data masking and seeding strategies are used effectively.
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot deployment issues, and resolve environment bottlenecks to ensure the reliability of our systems.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing and quality gates within the Copado pipeline.
  • Continuously improve our release processes by tracking key DevOps metrics and staying up to date with the latest Copado features and broader DevOps trends.
  • Provide training and mentorship, acting as the go-to expert for the Copado platform and promoting a culture of secure DevOps practices.
