Overview
In this role you will shape our Salesforce release discipline, owning CI/CD pipelines with Copado to accelerate delivery while keeping environments stable and scalable. You’ll partner with development and QA to embed automated testing and quality gates, and mentor others in secure DevOps practices. This position sits at the core of our engineering practice, driving faster, reliable deployments that support our fast-growing payments platform. You’ll work in a collaborative, office-forward culture that values curiosity, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Copado
- Automate deployments of Salesforce metadata and code; manage environments with data masking and seeding
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot deployment issues, resolve environment bottlenecks
- Collaborate with development and QA to integrate automated testing and quality gates
- Continuously improve release processes; track DevOps metrics and stay current with Copado features
- Provide training and mentorship; act as Copado subject-matter expert and promote secure DevOps practices
- Hands-on Copado DevOps experience (setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines)
- Proven Salesforce platform experience; strong metadata understanding
- Strong Git experience; familiarity with Salesforce DX and SFDX CLI
- Excellent problem-solving for deployment and environment issues
- Collaborative communicator with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
- Continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to learn
- Copado certifications and cloud platform experience is a big plus
