Salesforce DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a DevOps release engineer who will be responsible for building and maintenance of new/existing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native deployments. The candidate should have expertise in Cloud technologies, and Security and will build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats. This role involves effective utilization of Salesforce tools and collaborate with stakeholders to meet organizational requirement

Job Description:

• Maintain CI/CD pipeline and perform release management activities
• Perform data management
• Oversee end to end DevOps processes
• Salesforce incidents management
• Production Go-Live Experience
• Users and license management which includes but not limited to creating/deactivating new users, create/update roles, profiles, permission sets, OWD, etc.
• Managing Sandbox(s)
• Perform configuration changes, for instance-create/update fields, page layouts, flows, custom settings, reports, dashboards, etc.
• Resolve support tickets
• Review technical deliverables, and resolve defects
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
