Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant

As a Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant, you will shape a growing Higher Education practice by delivering Education Cloud solutions for universities. You will combine Salesforce expertise with consulting know-how to help institutions recruit, enroll and engage students while driving digital transformation. You’ll work with cross-functional teams on multi-phase programmes and contribute to reusable assets and narratives that strengthen client outcomes. • Lead requirements gathering, workshops, and stakeholder engagement for Higher Education transformation programmes
• Design and deliver Education Cloud solutions supporting recruitment, admissions, enrolment, student success, wellbeing and alumni engagement
• Challenge client processes, identify improvements, and define future-state operating models
• Configure and implement Salesforce solutions with architects and delivery teams
• Support programmes leveraging Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and other Salesforce capabilities
• Facilitate integration with Student Records, LMS, identity management, and enterprise apps
• Assist data migration, data quality, and governance for sustained value
• Build trusted client relationships and provide expert Salesforce guidance and platform strategy
• Contribute to bids, demonstrations, and client presentations; grow the Salesforce Higher Education practice
• Develop reusable assets and deliver accelerators; mentor junior team members

• Salesforce Certified Education Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Experience delivering Salesforce implementations in a consultant, business analyst, or functional capacity
• Strong hands-on Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud
• Experience with Higher Education institutions or education-focused transformations
• Understanding of the student lifecycle (recruitment, admissions, enrolment, retention, student support, alumni engagement)
• Facilitation of workshops and translating business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Experience with stakeholders at multiple organisational levels
• Experience supporting data migration, integration, and change adoption
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD with tools like Git, Azure DevOps, Copado or Gearset
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and consulting skills
