Steadman Brown are exclusively partnered with a successful Salesforce customer in the market. They have a complex Salesforce environment and support a wide range of customer and business processes. They're currently facing some interesting challenges around automation, integrations, data quality, architecture and scalability. They are looking to introduce a Salesforce Engineer to the team, that understands business requirements and works closely with stakeholders to provide Salesforce solutions. There's a lot more to this business that meets the eye, and it's a great opportunity for a Salesforce Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and working on systems that have an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across a technical environment.
  • Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practice.
  • Manage deployment processes, ensuring robust version control, testing, and release management.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
  • Familiarity taking ownership of the Salesforce org, proving technical expertise.
  • Solid experience working with Apex, LWC, Flow & Automation tooling.
  • Experience creating the design of Salesforce solutions.
