In this role you will design and deliver scalable, secure Salesforce solutions for an enterprise Asset Management environment. You will collaborate with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to drive engineering excellence and shape platform strategy. You will tackle integration challenges, automation, and platform architecture to enable high-performance Salesforce capabilities. You will mentor engineers and contribute to standards and technical direction, helping the team implement best practices at scale. This is a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity to influence the future of a leading asset management platform.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions for an enterprise environment
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with platform strategy
- Drive engineering best practices, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality
- Implement and optimize integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven approaches
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Mentor engineers and contribute to platform standards and technical strategy
- Support enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives in asset management or financial services context (desirable)
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and platform architecture
- Experience delivering enterprise integrations via APIs and MuleSoft; event-driven architectures
- Proven track record in DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience mentoring engineers and guiding platform standards
- Financial Services or Asset Management experience is highly desirable
