As Salesforce Engineering Lead, you will set the technical direction for Liberis' Salesforce org and grow a small team of developers and admins. You will work closely with product, sales, and operations to turn business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while maintaining high engineering standards. You’ll balance hands-on coding with leadership, incident response, and architecture decisions that unlock impact across markets. This role combines technical delivery with people leadership in a fast-growing fintech environment that values autonomy and collaboration. - Own the technical direction and quality of a part of the Salesforce platform, including data model, security, automation, and integrations
- Guide architecture decisions with clear trade-offs and stay hands-on for credible code reviews and incident response
- Enforce engineering practices: CI/CD, Salesforce DX, testing, code review, release management
- Set goals, give feedback, and support career development for developers and admins
- Foster a collaborative team culture with two-way feedback and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and other teams to align Salesforce with business needs and provide best-practice guidance on APIs
- Partner with other engineering teams to plan integrations and contribute to the Salesforce roadmap
- Own platform health, security, data quality, governance, and adoption of automation including AI-driven approaches
- Proven success in a Salesforce development role with ownership of architecture decisions
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL; strong declarative skills (Flow, object modelling, validation, security)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and platform events
- Experience leading or mentoring developers or admins
- Track record of improving sales or operations processes
- Comfort working with sales, operations, and non-technical stakeholders; ability to explain trade-offs clearly
- Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD, and Salesforce DX
