Salesforce Field Service Developer

Salesforce Field Service development meets fully remote work at SCIEX, with focus on real-time integrations and Lightning Web Components. The Salesforce Field Service Developer designs, develops, implements, and supports solutions for service delivery, scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial CRM, this position partners with stakeholders, service operations, customer support, and commercial IT teams. The work supports scalable solutions that improve technician productivity, service excellence, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Design dependable real-time FSL and Oracle ERP integration Sustain integration between Salesforce Field Service and Oracle ERP Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize service workflows Develop a best-in-class field service management platform Support tools that enable efficient service operations Requirements:

Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification Computer Science or technical degree, or equivalent experience At least three years with FSL and Salesforce mobile platforms At least three years working with Field Service Lightning At least five years developing Webservice APIs and LWC Apply Salesforce Field Service, Oracle ERP integration, and LWC development experience within SCIEX’s fully remote commercial team.
