Mentor and manage Salesforce developers and admins. Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practices. Collaborate with QA, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders. Integration & Customization

Integrate FSC with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. Drive digital banking initiatives, AML compliance, and mobile banking integrations.
