Salesforce Industries Vlocity Developer

Lead Vlocity development for telecom Salesforce solutions in Toronto, using OmniStudio, EPC, CPQ, and Order Management expertise. Hybrid work includes two to three office days weekly.

This Salesforce Industries Developer designs, develops, and supports Communications Cloud solutions during a six to twelve month contract. The work centers on Vlocity applications, product catalog configuration, digital commerce, and telecom processes. You will collaborate with architects, analysts, quality assurance teams, and stakeholders while supporting testing and deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize Salesforce Industries applications for telecom environments
• Support EPC, CPQ, Digital Commerce, and Order Management solutions
• Enhance OmniStudio components and Salesforce functionality
• Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production activities
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, and performance issues

Requirements:

• Six to eight years of overall experience
• Four or more years developing Salesforce solutions
• Strong hands-on Communications Cloud and Vlocity experience
• Strong OmniStudio experience with listed components
• Understanding of telecommunications CPQ and Order Management
