Salesforce Integration Lead – Jitterbit

Overview

In this role you will lead the design, build and delivery of Salesforce integrations, primarily using Jitterbit, to support automation and data flows across the wealth management software. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure data integrity, reporting and BI enablement, while keeping integrations secure and aligned with the master data model. This position offers remote work with London office travel and a dynamic, open culture that rewards technologists who shape scalable integration solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, test and deliver Salesforce integrations
  • Support and enhance existing integrations across the data model
  • Automate data workflows and improve process efficiency
  • Develop data input/integration solutions and enable BI reporting
  • Produce management information reports and ensure data quality
  • Manage data integrations and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Ensure integrations run securely and align with Salesforce as the master database
  • Process tickets in the BI JIRA project
  • Deliver, maintain and monitor high-quality integration projects
Key requirements
  • Comp Sci or Engineering Degree or similar
  • Experience building/maintaining API integrations
  • REST API experience
  • REST, JSON and SQL
  • Experience with API integrations using Jitterbit or similar iPaaS (e.g. Mulesoft)
  • Salesforce experience (ADM201) preferred
  • Strong background in Data / BI with data quality and integration skills
