As a Salesforce and ITSM Platform Administrator and Developer, you will administer, support, configure, and enhance Salesforce and Halo. Your work supports Service Cloud case management, Marketing Cloud Next transition, Data 360 collaboration, and Agentforce assessment. Production support and platform governance are central.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce enhancements
  • Support Service Cloud cases, routing, escalation, and reporting
  • Contribute to Marketing Cloud Next data and automation transition
  • Collaborate on Data 360 profiles, segmentation, and activation
  • Investigate incidents, integration failures, automation errors, and data issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field
  • Minimum six years of relevant enterprise platform experience
  • Salesforce development experience with Flow, Apex, SOQL, and APIs
  • Advanced Salesforce Service Cloud administration knowledge
  • ITSM platform and ITIL process knowledge
