Salesforce Lead

I'm working with an established UK organisation that is looking for an experienced Salesforce Continuous Improvement Lead to join their service function.

This is a genuine delivery-focused role where you'll identify opportunities, shape improvements and then see them through to implementation and adoption.

• Leading the continuous improvement agenda across CEX/ Services
• Identifying and prioritising opportunities using data, operational insight and stakeholder feedback
• Managing improvement projects from discovery through to implementation
• Improving processes, systems, quality, efficiency and customer/member experience
• Working closely with technology teams around Salesforce, automation and AI initiatives
• Facilitating workshops and bringing different stakeholders together
• Building clear measures to demonstrate the impact of improvements
• Supporting process governance, documentation and knowledge management
• Managing and developing a Continuous Improvement Coordinator
• Continuous improvement, operational change, process improvement or project delivery
• A track record of taking improvements from idea/discovery through to implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ESSENTIAL - Experience with Salesforce
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience working across operational and technical teams
• PRINCE2 or practical Agile/Scrum experience
• Some experience managing, coaching or developing people
• Microsoft 365, automation, AI or product roadmaps would be advantageous.

This would suit someone from a Continuous Improvement, Business Improvement, Operational Excellence, Change, Transformation or Process Improvement background who enjoys getting into the detail and making things actually happen.
