Salesforce Lead Engineer Vancouver

As a Salesforce Lead, you will design, test, implement, and support Salesforce PaaS and SaaS solutions. You will translate requirements into technical specifications while partnering with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts. Your work spans Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Customer Account Management, IT, and core business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into logical Salesforce technical designs
• Build solutions using declarative and programmatic tools
• Evaluate, scope, and complete development requests
• Manage Salesforce change and deployment processes
• Conduct code reviews and uphold design patterns

Requirements:

• Seven-plus years developing Salesforce implementations in complex B2B environments
• Strong Salesforce platform and custom application development knowledge
• Advanced Apex, APIs, and integration experience
• Experience with Salesforce CI/CD and deployment techniques
• Fluent written and spoken English proficiency
