Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Salesforce Marketing Cloud development drives this full-time opportunity with Sobeys Inc. Hybrid work is available from selected Nova Scotia or Ontario offices.

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will design and implement marketing automation solutions. Your work includes Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, APIs, and Data Cloud. You will translate functional requirements into efficient code and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across core studios
• Develop segmentation, personalization, and dynamic campaign content
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with CRM and external systems
• Monitor campaign performance using Analytics Builder and Einstein
• Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, and integration errors

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least one year of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• Experience with AMPscript, SQL, and REST or SOAP APIs
• Understanding of marketing automation and customer lifecycle strategies
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
