Salesforce nCino BSA

Location : Toronto, ON (Hybrid- 3 days onsite)

Looking for a Salesforce BSA to work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support delivery on Salesforce projects.

Top 3 skills required for this role:

• 5+ years as BA/BSA
• 4+ years of Salesforce experience
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Strong experience in Salesforce. Knowledge of nCino
• Gather and document requirements, user stories, and process flows
• Work with developers/architects to deliver scalable solutions
• Support UAT, testing, and production validation
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
• Good understanding of integrations
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• Exposure to reporting, dashboards, and data analysis

Good to Have

• Salesforce certifications
