Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario

Design, develop, and support Salesforce and nCino Banking platform solutions, including OmniStudio components, for commercial and retail banking processes. Collaborate with business and technology teams to enhance applications, streamline workflows, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance Salesforce and nCino solutions, including loan origination, onboarding, relationship management, and workflow automation.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, Flows, and integrations.
• Develop and support OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Support data migration, conversion, deployment, release and environment management, and CI/CD processes.
• Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce and nCino best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support platform stability and performance.
• Work with QA teams through SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
• Prepare technical design documents, deployment runbooks, and support documentation.
• Keep current with Salesforce, nCino, and OmniStudio enhancements and best practices.

Compensation

Annual salary of $100,000–$130,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications. The position is also eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on performance and applicable plan terms.
