Overview

As Salesforce Product Manager for IVP Commercial in London, you own Salesforce as a product—defining vision, roadmap, and priorities to align with business needs across Sales, Marketing and Data teams. You act as the central Salesforce SME, drive governance, data integrity, and best practices, and partner with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. You will influence core revenue operations initiatives and enable adoption across the organisation, with opportunities to expand into additional tools over time.

Responsibilities
  • Own Salesforce as a product: vision, roadmap, and development priorities
  • Align SFDC capabilities with business goals across Sales, Marketing, and Data teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and user experience
  • Define and communicate the SFDC roadmap; gather and prioritise stakeholder requirements
  • Balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day enhancements and technical debt
  • Act as primary interface between business teams and Salesforce development team
  • Translate business needs into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
  • Guide Sales, Marketing, and Operations on optimal SFDC usage
  • Establish and enforce Salesforce governance, standards, and best practices
  • Drive data quality strategy within SFDC; partner with data teams for reporting and insights
  • Collaborate with process improvement teams to maintain clean data
  • Work with developers/admins to ensure high-quality delivery; manage sprint planning and backlog
  • Drive Salesforce adoption; create training and enablement materials
  • Serve as Salesforce subject matter expert and internal champion
  • Potential to expand ownership to additional tools and platforms over time
  • Contribute to broader strategy, integration, and optimisation of revenue tech stack
