Salesforce QA Analyst Visa Debit

Test Salesforce Visa Debit solutions remotely using manual and automated testing, with preference for Alberta-based candidates across Canada. Help validate fraud and disputes intake processes accurately.

This four-month QA Analyst contract supports implementation within an existing Salesforce FSC organization. You will test Salesforce products and integration components within a medium-sized team. The work requires planning, execution, analysis, reporting, and collaboration across project participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess testing requirements and estimate effort and resources
• Develop test plans, cases, and scripts using risk management
• Execute Salesforce product and integration component testing
• Assist with end-to-end testing across all components
• Report testing status and summarize encountered issues

Requirements:

• Five-plus years in quality assurance and testing
• Experience with manual and automated test tools
• Experience managing complete test assets
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce FSC
• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, development, and deployment
