Salesforce QA Lead CRM Testing

Lead Salesforce CRM quality assurance at ATB through test strategy, automation, and manual testing in a hybrid arrangement averaging one onsite day weekly.

As ATB’s QA Lead, you will support its enterprise Salesforce Advisory CRM implementation and integrations. You will define quality standards, guide testing, and help improve code quality and speed to market. The work spans risk-based planning, test execution, automation, and collaboration across delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define quality standards, test strategies, and detailed test plans
• Balance automated and manual testing across Salesforce deployment pipelines
• Drive test automation frameworks, scripts, and management platforms
• Supervise execution, defect resolution, and quality metric reporting
• Recommend go or no-go actions from test results

Requirements:

• Seven-plus years in quality assurance and testing
• Three-plus years with Salesforce and nCino
• Computer Science or related software development education, or equivalent experience
• Experience with automated and manual testing tools
• Experience managing testing lifecycles and test assets
