Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer

Turn Sales Cloud requirements into tested Salesforce improvements with Apex, SOQL, and Flow for Walter Surface Technologies. This position is available for remote work.

Walter is seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT. You will configure Salesforce, maintain existing code, improve automation, and guide changes from discussion through deployment. External partners may support larger projects and specialized needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and explain technical choices to business users
• Build and maintain Flows, Apex classes, triggers, and tests
• Investigate automation, data, and integration issues with partners
• Coordinate sandbox testing and user acceptance testing
• Prioritize improvements, document changes, and support user adoption

Requirements:

• Four or more years of progressive Salesforce experience
• Sales Cloud administration and Flow expertise
• Hands-on Apex and SOQL development and troubleshooting experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications are assets
• French and English fluency, written and spoken
