Your role will include working with Agile methodologies while ensuring AODA accessibility compliance.
Key Responsibilities: • Design Salesforce solutions with focus on user requirements • Implement Salesforce Experience Cloud and Lightning Web Components • Integrate Salesforce with internal applications effectively • Conduct fit-gap analysis and develop prototypes • Provide production support and troubleshooting assistance
Requirements: • 5+ years in Salesforce solution design and configuration • Experience with OmniStudio/Vlocity and CI/CD practices • Required certifications in Salesforce ecosystem • Proven healthcare experience in relevant systems • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
