Overview
As a Salesforce Engineer at JPM Personal Investing, you will shape and extend Salesforce platforms for Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations, while building standalone Salesforce products. You’ll integrate Salesforce with JPM services to enhance the customer experience and support colleagues. The role sits at the core of our Salesforce team, driving fast, deliverable ideas into practical solutions. You’ll work in a collaborative, fintech-focused environment that values curiosity, solution orientation, and quality code. Responsibilities- Develop services such as referrals & promo systems, automation/alerts, and email services
- Build custom Lightning & Visualforce pages
- Develop products across core Salesforce systems including Service & Sales Clouds and Marketing Cloud
- Utilize Salesforce scheduler, milestones, forecasting; integrate with external apps like Amazon Connect and backup solutions
- Certified Salesforce developer (Platform Developer 1 or higher)
- Experience in Force.com platform (Async Apex)
- Service & Sales Cloud development experience
- SOQL/SOSL/DML operations and SOQL optimizations
- REST integrations with external services
- Testing methodologies & frameworks; integration testing
- Experience in an Agile team (Scrum/Kanban)
- Lightning Web Components
- Clean architecture mindset in OOP
