Salesforce Solution Architect

As a Salesforce Solution Architect in the Salesforce Architecture and Innovation team, you help Public Sector clients translate complex needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You engage executive stakeholders and collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure secure, high-performing, and well-governed implementations. You’ll mentor diverse teams and contribute to strategic assets while supporting pre-sales with architecture guidance and roadmaps. This role combines deep Salesforce expertise with public sector know-how to drive transformation at scale.

• Advise key Public Sector stakeholders and ensure outcome-driven Salesforce designs
• Translate business and technical requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions
• Identify and mitigate solution and design risks across programs
• Lead architecture alignment and coordinate multiple architects
• Support planning, execution, and governance with project and engagement managers
• Oversee vision, direction, and review of key deliverables
• Drive early solution evaluations and pro-actively manage issues
• Mentor diverse teams in technical and non-technical aspects including executive communication
• Contribute to internal growth through knowledge sharing and strategic asset development
• Support Pre-Sales with target architectures, security/compliance, integration, data migration plans, and roadmaps

• 15+ years in consulting/architecture roles with leadership in public sector digital transformations
• Deep understanding of public sector domains (central/local government, healthcare, education, defence)
• Familiarity with GDPR, FOIA, and procurement processes
• Proficiency in Salesforce architecture areas (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Cloud)
• Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional and Service Cloud Consultant certifications (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Data Cloud, MuleSoft, OmniStudio, and Agentforce; integration and MDM experience
• Experience with integration technologies and other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
• Ability to design and optimize business processes through technology and integration
• Experience guiding customers in adopting emerging technologies and end-to-end Salesforce implementations
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills; quick learner of new tech
• Salesforce AppExchange knowledge and implementation experience preferred
• Ability to design secure solutions for high-profile public sector environments
• Experience leading design sessions and presenting options to clients
• Extensive Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall experience
• Security clearance required or willing to obtain; confirmation of current/previous SC clearance
