Salesforce Solution Architect

In this role you will act as a strategic Salesforce advisor for Public Sector clients, shaping scalable, best-practice solutions. You will collaborate with executives, architects, and business users to translate requirements into robust Salesforce-driven designs while addressing security and governance. You’ll lead architecture alignment across teams, support pre-sales efforts, and mentor diverse teams to deliver high-impact projects. • Advise key Public Sector stakeholders on Salesforce solutions
• Ensure scalable, best-practice designs that meet client expectations
• Translate business and technical requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions
• Identify and mitigate solution and design risks
• Lead architecture alignment across multiple architects and teams
• Support planning and execution with project and engagement managers
• Oversee project vision, direction, and key deliverables
• Drive early solution evaluations and engage with executive teams, engineering, and product management
• Lead and mentor diverse teams, including communication strategies and executive influence
• Contribute to internal growth through knowledge sharing and strategic assets
• Support Pre-Sales with proposals, including target/transition architectures, security/compliance, integration, data migration, and roadmaps

• 15+ years in consulting/architecture roles with leadership in digital transformations in Public Sector
• Deep knowledge of public sector domains (government, healthcare, education, defence) and regulatory context
• Familiarity with GDPR, FOIA, procurement processes
• Proficiency in Salesforce architecture areas, particularly Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Public Sector Cloud
• Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional and Service Cloud Consultant certifications (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Data Cloud, MuleSoft, OmniStudio, Agentforce
• Experience with integration tech, master data management, and other cloud platforms (AWS)
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration
• Experience guiding customers on emerging technologies and end-to-end Salesforce implementations
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills; ability to learn new technologies
• Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange and implementation experience preferred
• Ability to design secure solutions for high-profile public sector environments
• Experience leading design sessions and presenting options to clients
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Security clearance required or willing to obtain; confirm current or previous SC clearance
