Salesforce Solution Architect

In this role you will architect scalable, declarative-first Salesforce solutions to enable Dojo’s global expansion. You will act as a senior design authority, driving Platform as a Product mindset and ensuring platform health while accelerating commercial velocity. You’ll craft repeatable multi-market blueprints, partnering with product and delivery teams to modernize subscription commerce using Salesforce CPQ, OmniStudio and FSC. You will embed API-first and Data as a Product principles, and design secure, compliant solutions for a regulated fintech landscape.

• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to balance commercial goals with platform health
• Drive Solution Design Documents aligned with architectural standards and guardrails
• Lead designs across Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, OmniStudio, and Financial Services Cloud to modernize subscription engines
• Champion API-first integrations and Data as a Product for analytics and AI workflows
• Design native, least-privilege sharing models and security for a regulated environment
• Own end-to-end delivery and production observability, collaborating on CI/CD pipelines

• Proven Salesforce Solution Architect with scalable, declarative-first multi-cloud design experience
• Hands-on experience with FSC, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, OmniStudio, and advanced Flow architectures
• Strong Platform-First, API-First, Data as a Product mindset
• Experience delivering secure, compliant fintech/payments/banking solutions in regulated contexts
• Familiarity with Git-based branching, automated release gates, and Copado
