Overview

As Salesforce Technical Architect you will shape enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in highly regulated industries, driving architecture strategy and governance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design secure, scalable Salesforce architectures and lead architecture discussions across delivery programmes. You’ll influence standards and roadmaps while adopting innovative Salesforce capabilities and AI integrations. This role offers impact by modernising platforms, improving compliance workflows, and delivering value at scale. A strong interest in regulatory excellence and emerging Salesforce innovations is key.

Responsibilities
  • Define end-to-end Salesforce solution architectures across multiple Agile Scrum teams and complex delivery programmes
  • Lead architecture and design workshops, translating business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions
  • Present designs to architecture governance forums and drive decision-making
  • Provide architectural leadership and technical guidance across delivery teams
  • Drive best practices across Salesforce Service Cloud, integrations, platform architecture, security, performance and operational excellence
  • Contribute to architecture governance, standards, innovation initiatives and strategic technology roadmaps
Key requirements
  • Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions
  • Strong Salesforce architecture expertise including solution design, technical leadership and implementation oversight
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and complex platform-based solutioning
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops and present architectural recommendations
  • Experience in architecture governance, design authority or architecture review board environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices across multiple Scrum teams
