Overview

In this role, you will shape and evolve Salesforce architecture for complex, regulated environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions. You’ll influence architecture standards and governance while driving innovation and AI-enabled capabilities. You will work within a growing Salesforce practice to align technology with business goals and regulatory requirements. This is a high-impact position offering exposure to enterprise-wide platforms and strategic technology decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Define end-to-end Salesforce solution architectures across multiple Agile Scrum teams and complex delivery programmes
  • Lead architecture and design workshops, translating business needs into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions
  • Present designs to architecture governance forums and drive decision-making
  • Provide architectural leadership and technical guidance across delivery teams
  • Drive best practice across Salesforce Clouds, integrations, platform architecture, security, performance and operational excellence
  • Contribute to architecture governance, standards, innovation initiatives and strategic technology roadmaps
Key requirements
  • Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions
  • Strong Salesforce architecture expertise including solution design, technical leadership and implementation oversight
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and complex platform-based solutioning
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops and present architectural recommendations
  • Experience participating in architecture governance, design authority or architecture review boards
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices across multiple Scrum teams
