Overview

As a Salesforce Technical Lead at BearingPoint, you will drive hands-on delivery of Salesforce solutions in cross-functional teams. You will own technical design, build robust apps, and ensure secure, scalable deployments with modern DevOps practices. You’ll work with Technical Architects to embed best practices and grow architectural capability. This is a growth-heavy role in a people-focused culture that values collaboration, learning, and delivering customer-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, test, deploy and support Salesforce solutions using agile and DevOps practices
  • Develop robust, scalable solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and configuration
  • Configure and maintain production-ready Salesforce CI/CD pipelines
  • Ensure security, performance and regulatory alignment of solutions
  • Improve reliability and maintainability of Salesforce solutions across client environments
  • Support Technical Architects in embedding best practices within the team and communities of practice
Key requirements
  • Strong hands-on development experience with LWC and Apex (including triggers)
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
  • Git-based version control experience and branching models
  • Awareness of Salesforce security principles and secure-by-design implementation
  • Experience leading within an agile development methodology
  • Ability to customize and optimize user experience, manage profiles, permissions and sharing
  • Experience with integrations and complex technical problem solving
  • Industry cloud experience desirable (Financial Services, Public Sector, Retail)
  • Certifications with Experience Cloud, FSL, Agentforce, Data 360 desirable
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and teamwork
