Overview

As Technical Lead, you define and design Salesforce-based solutions aligned with the Statement of Work. You drive delivery across waterfall and agile projects, lead workshops, and shape high-level design and user stories. You will manage data migrations, execute deployments via Salesforce CLI, and ensure current Salesforce certifications. You mentor the delivery team and promote reusable patterns to scale impact. This role offers a collaborative, values-led environment within Credera’s global consulting practice.

Responsibilities
  • Lead operational delivery on Waterfall and Agile projects for clients
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders
  • Own and contribute to the High Level Design and refine project user stories
  • Plan and execute Data Migration as part of project delivery
  • Perform deployments via Salesforce CLI and plan releases per company standards
  • Maintain up-to-date Salesforce certifications and provide guidance to the team
  • Identify and promote reusable design patterns and technical components
  • Mentor and support project team members

Key requirements
  • Experience deploying via Salesforce CLI
  • Data Migration planning and execution
  • Apex, LWC, Aura development
  • Platform Developer I/II and App Builder/Admin/CPQ certifications (some described as desirable)
  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certifications (desirable)
  • Jitterbit or Mulesoft (desirable)
  • Strong communication and workshop facilitation
  • Ability to operate in both Waterfall and Agile environments
