Salesforce Technical Lead Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead Developer with 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Flows, and Salesforce architecture, along with experience leading development teams and engaging directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flow Builder.
• Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and mentor development teams.
• Manage Salesforce packages, deployments, and release processes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, SFDX, and Jenkins.
• Leverage AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Asynchronous Apex, and Flows.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, SFDX, Jenkins, and Salesforce packaging (1GP/2GP).
• Experience with Salesforce architecture, technical leadership, and code reviews.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II.
• Salesforce System Architect or Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect.
