Salesforce Technical Lead Financial Services Cloud

Lead Financial Services Cloud architecture in Montreal’s hybrid model, combining Apex, LWC, Flow, and enterprise integration expertise. French fluency is required.

Avanciers Incorporated seeks a Salesforce Technical Lead for an 11+ month contract supporting a client’s CRM modernization program. You will guide Client 360, financial relationship management, client onboarding, and personalized service through Financial Services Cloud. The work combines technical architecture, governance, and executive advisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as technical reference for enterprise CRM modernization
• Conduct code reviews and establish Salesforce development standards
• Define two to five year Salesforce roadmaps and governance
• Architect API-led and event-driven legacy integrations
• Lead Discovery and Assess workshops with vice presidents

Requirements:

• Proven large-scale institutional Financial Services Cloud implementation
• Strong Apex, LWC, Flow, and CI/CD expertise
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Enterprise DevOps release management experience
• Fluent French and a French resume required
