Salesforce Technical Lead Insurance

Insight Global seeks a Salesforce Technical Lead for a consulting engagement with an insurance client. You will translate solution architecture into technical direction, provide recommendations, and lead delivery across onshore and offshore developers. The work requires Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical delivery of Salesforce solutions
• Translate architecture and designs into development direction
• Provide technical input and recommendations to teams
• Lead and coach onshore and offshore developers
• Ensure development aligns with the overall solution

Requirements:

• Seven to ten years of Salesforce experience
• At least three years as a Salesforce Technical Lead
• Financial services experience, ideally within insurance
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience
• Minimum two days weekly onsite in downtown Toronto
