Salesforce Technical Manager, Deloitte Digital

As a Salesforce Manager in Deloitte Digital, you shape and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions for major brands. You’ll design architectures, lead development to deployment, and mentor junior colleagues within a collaborative, cross‑disciplinary team. You’ll engage executive sponsors, drive continuous architectural improvement, and help expand our Salesforce practice. • Design and deliver Salesforce solutions across architecture, development, prototyping, testing, and deployment
• Cultivate relationships with executive sponsors and act as trusted advisor to meet client needs
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create innovative, experience-driven solutions
• Contribute technical expertise to RFP responses and business development
• Mentor and coach junior technical talent to foster growth
• Define and drive architectural standards, frameworks, and tooling for Salesforce
• Build and maintain internal/external networks promoting best practices in technology and engineering

• One or more advanced Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II or architect track)
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and ecosystem
• Experience in at least three full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or related modules
• Experience with Salesforce development lifecycle: SFDX CLI, VS Code, Git, CI/CD, test automation, scratch orgs
• Hands-on Salesforce development capabilities: Apex, LWC, Aura, VisualForce
• Experience with declarative development (Flow, approvals, data models, Data Loader)
• Relational databases concepts and data modelling
• Salesforce mobile offerings
• University degree or equivalent knowledge; right to work in the UK
