Overview

In this role you will drive quality across Salesforce implementations within transformational programs. You’ll lead testing activities, coordinating across Agile teams and stakeholders to ensure reliable solutions. You will shape testing practices, mentor others, and advance test automation via CRT to support CI/CD delivery. This position combines hands-on testing with leadership to deliver confident, high-quality Salesforce outcomes. You’ll work in a collaborative environment that values continuous learning and customer-centric results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead testing activities across Salesforce projects and Agile teams
  • Create and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scripts for SI, End-to-End, Regression, UAT, and Smoke testing
  • Validate Salesforce functionality, integrations, data migrations, security, automation, and custom developments
  • Design and maintain automated test suites using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) for regression coverage
  • Manage defect lifecycle including triage, prioritisation, retesting, and deployment readiness
  • Provide testing leadership, quality reporting, and stakeholder updates throughout testing and release activities
Key requirements
  • Strong experience leading Salesforce testing across projects, releases, or transformation programs
  • Experience testing Salesforce clouds and applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce)
  • Expertise in test planning, execution, defect management, QA methodologies, and release validation
  • Experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or comparable automation tools
  • Ability to lead testing activities independently and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of Agile delivery and software testing best practices
