Sana Consultant

In this Sana Consultant role, you shape and deliver AI-enabled learning and knowledge solutions for client organisations. You collaborate with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement solutions that enhance access to knowledge, automate processes, and foster continuous learning. You will help clients adopt AI-powered ways of working and drive measurable outcomes. This is a highly collaborative, impact-driven position with opportunities to scale AI-enabled learning across client environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver real value and growth for clients and Kainos.

• Understand client challenges and design AI-driven learning solutions
• Support end-to-end Sana engagements from discovery to adoption
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships bridging business and technical teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, deploy and optimise solutions
• Support adoption and change to ensure long-term impact
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery approaches and scaling of AI-enabled learning
• Identify opportunities to extend client value and grow long-term relationships

• Proven experience with Sana (essential) including implementation, configuration or customer delivery
• Experience with Workday (desirable) in a consulting, delivery or customer-facing role
• Curious mindset with a passion for learning and emerging technologies, particularly AI
• Strong problem-solving skills translating business challenges into practical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative approach across multi-disciplinary teams
