SAP Accounting Implementation Specialist

This Accountant role supports monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for Echelon Insurance. Responsibilities include financial statements, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, SAP implementation, and advanced Excel. Experience mapping business processes into SAP functionality is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Prepare account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Support P&C1 regulatory reporting and year-end audit preparation
• Assist with SAP accounting module implementation and testing
• Analyze variances and support forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Accounting or business-related university degree or college diploma
• Experience in SAP implementations and process mapping
• Two or more years in a similar role preferred
• Advanced Excel knowledge and SAP accounting modules familiarity preferred
• CPA pursuit, insurance experience, and strong communication preferred
