SAP BI Lead

In this role you will lead the design, development, and delivery of SAP reporting capabilities across the organisation, partnering with Finance and other functions to provide real-time, data-driven insights. You will shape a centralized, standardized reporting competency and champion SAP reporting across the business, enabling fast, accurate decision making. You will build and mentor a high-performing team and drive adoption of SAP reporting tools (Core BI, SAC, Data Sphere) to enable enterprise analytics at scale.

• Provide expert SAP reporting guidance to drive strategic reporting and decision making.
• Design and implement standardized SAP reporting templates and dashboards to enable wide adoption.
• Lead the SAP reporting team and oversee end-to-end reporting solutions across Core BI, SAC and Data Sphere.
• Influence senior stakeholders on adoption and roadmap of SAP reporting capabilities.
• Mentor BI, SAC, and Data Sphere team members and business users, coaching for reporting lifecycle best practices.
• Develop and support standardised SAP and non-SAP reporting templates for strategic decision-making.

• Extensive hands-on SAP BI, SAC and Data Sphere experience for design and development of reporting solutions.
• Strategic understanding of SAP data and analytics roadmap.
• Proven track record in leading SAP reporting development and support in large organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present to senior leaders.
