As an SAP BRIM Consultant, Manager, you lead client engagements to drive customer transformation and revenue growth using SAP solutions. You guide cross-functional teams through Lead to Cash transformations and cloud-based SAP capabilities, delivering actionable recommendations and scalable solutions. You mentor juniors and uphold ethical standards while shaping impactful digital core implementations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client engagements in SAP BRIM implementations with Lead to Cash focus
  • Guide strategic planning and execution of SAP C/4 Sales, Service and Marketing cloud solutions
  • Utilize SAP Subscription Billing and SAP Entitlement Management to enhance client models
  • Analyze complex processes to develop actionable recommendations
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and build consensus
  • Coach team members and promote ownership of development
  • Develop and deploy innovative SAP solutions addressing business challenges
  • Simplify complex messages for diverse audiences
  • Uphold ethics and business conduct in client interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer transformation initiatives
Key requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience
