Overview

In this role, you will join Birchman’s SAP Delivery Team to translate business needs into SAP solutions across modules, delivering end-to-end project lifecycles from design to go-live and support. You’ll work with long-term clients to maximize value from SAP investments and participate in S4/HANA projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to shape offerings and methods, driving measurable outcomes. This is a professional, growth-oriented role at a leading SAP partner with opportunities to impact major client programs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships on-site or remotely to ensure alignment and satisfaction
  • Gather requirements and perform As-Is/To-Be analysis to inform design
  • Prepare Business Blueprint/design documentation for SAP solutions
  • Advise on solution design, configuration, testing, data conversion, and Go Live support
  • Map client technical structure to SAP best practices and develop customisation/configuration
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful solution delivery and customer impact
  • Configure SAP master data and support ongoing project processes and standards
  • Lead junior consultants, deliver workshops, and provide coaching and training
  • Create comprehensive documentation for solution development and knowledge sharing
  • Contribute to new business development and sales opportunities as needed
  • Ensure project management processes and standards are applied or escalated when required
Key requirements
  • Involvement in two or more SAP projects at a functional level
  • Hands-on functional configuration or technical development across one or more SAP modules with end-to-end project lifecycle experience
  • Business process experience
  • Knowledge of SAP integration across different modules
  • Willingness to contribute to Birchman’s offerings and supporting tools
  • Ability to build customer-oriented collaborative relationships
  • Strong communication, influencing skills and team-working capability
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK and internationally when required
