1. SAP CRM Functional Consultant

Location: Downtown Toronto, GTA

Onsite: 4 days/week – Mandatory

Mandatory Skills & Experience

SAP CRM 7.0 Service Management experience is mandatory.

Strong experience in SAP CRM implementation roles.

SAP CRM certification preferred.

Strong hands-on experience in:

CRM Service Management

Customer Service

Sales processes

Experience delivering end-to-end SAP CRM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

Strong functional experience in configuration and solution delivery.

Experience leading business discussions and client workshops.

Financial Services industry experience is highly preferred.

Strong experience collaborating with offshore development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP CRM Service Management implementations and enhancements.

Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM solutions.

Perform functional configuration and support end-to-end CRM processes.

Work closely with ABAP and offshore teams for solution delivery.

Provide functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
